Dark fruits – Expressive – Spice – Soft tannins

A wild expression of cold climate Syrah. Ample dark fruit provides generosity, whilst acidity and fine tannins tighten the balance of this wine. Great to drink in it's youth but also grows and refines with a few years of age in the bottles.

6–8-day maceration, wild yeasts, fermentation in concrete, 18-24 month maturation. Unfiltered.
